Silikomart Professional has been chosen by the Italian Team to accurately design the kit to reproduce painstakingly the chocolate "entremet" winner of the world’s cup.
Kit Magia del Tempo is composed by 3 items:
1. A silicone mold to make 33.8 oz. preparation to be portioned.
2. A functional plastic cutter to make original inserts, sponge-cake or brittle bases.
3. A plastic separator to make a double colors icing: one of a kind characteristic!
The magic team composed by Fabrizio Donatone, Francesco Boccia e Emmanuele Forcone, after months of hard work and training, won the golden medal at the Pastry World Cup 2015 in Lyon. After the competition the Italian Team decided to entrust Silikomart Professional the creation of a kit to accurately reproduce the chocolate "entremet" winner of the world’s cup.

Silikomart mold is characterized by extreme versatility since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too and can resist to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F). Elasticity and flexibility enable to flex the mold, in order to save space. All Silikomart molds are washable in dishwasher and are guaranteed for frequent use.
