Kit trinity mold
KIT TRINITY
The Kit Trinity is made up of 3 elements: a silicone mold to create a 47.3 oz. volume dessert and two silicone inserts. Elegant and harmonious shapes in which the three different creations bond together creating a unique symphony of flavors and colors that will only be revealed only once it's cut. Silikomart Professional was selected by the USA team to develop the kit with whom William Folz, Victor Dagatan and Rabii Saber competed in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2017.

Silikomart mold is characterized by extreme versatility since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too and can resist to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F). Elasticity and flexibility enable to flex the mold, in order to save space. All Silikomart molds are washable in dishwasher and are guaranteed for frequent use. Design, quality and handiness are skillfully combined in all Silikomart products.
