- Commercial slicer designed for large scale production in institutions and fast-food establishments.
- Serrated (11) blades produce perfectly uniform slices of tomatoes, citrus fruit or kiwis for salads, hamburgers, sandwiches, etc. Horizontal slice retains juices.
- Slice thickness: 0.22". Total safety slicer: inaccessible blades with two protective housing & locking mechanism on carriage.
- Elevated edge for collection into GN tray (max height: 2.6").
- Production capacity: 7.7 lbs/min. (2.5 sec./tomato).
- St/st frame and pusher. HDPE slide mechanism.
- 2x stabilising suction cup feet. Made in France.
