- Peel carrots, cucumbers or asparagus; easily and quickly! Made in France. Epoxy painted steel support with st./steel blades. Capacity: 220 lbs/ carrot /hr, 600/cucumbers /hr
- Easy handling: insert vegetables by the top and take it down.
- By placing a carrot in the top of the unit and then pushing it downward, you will be able to peel the carrot in one pass.
- The peeler has 6 stainless steel blades on articulated arms with springs that can adapt to variations in the size of carrots.
- Spare interchangeable head for peelers on stand with reinforced polyamide pusher available here.
