- Stainless steel professional confectionery funnel with handle and support stand. Includes 3 interchangeable nozzles: 1/6" (4 mm), 1/5" (5 mm), 1/4" (6 mm) for wide-ranging use.
- Commercial grade fluid dispensing funnel with a spring loaded push valve to control portion discharge. Heavy‑duty stable stand with large‑capacity body: 1.8 L. Ideal for wide usage: batter, egg wash, milkshakes, syrup, chocolate sauce and other free-flowing ingredients.
- Operating instructions
- Pour prepared batter, milkshakes or liquid ingredients into the funnel. Place the receiving container directly under the funnel opening. Press the black ABS handle to open the valve for dispensing. Release the handle, and the valve will close automatically to stop the flow.
- After use, place the funnel back onto the stand. See care instructions below in Specifications below.
Information:
This product is only intended for food‑related fluid contents. Do NOT fill it with highly corrosive chemicals or pour boiling-hot liquids and do not bend or force the handle or spring mechanism, as this may permanently damage the valve.

Specifications
Disassembly & cleaning Instructions
Must disassemble and clean the valve assembly after each use.
Ensure all parts are fully dry before reassembly or storage. Valve disassembly: Unscrew the valve nut at the bottom of the funnel, then take out the valve core assembly in sequence. Wash all components with warm water/mild detergent. Thoroughly rinse away any batter/sauce residues.
