- Oblong tart ring kit includes:
- x6 microperforated rings plus x1 silicone mold of 6 cavities.
- Create pastry base with the silicone mold of six cavity and make a mousse / cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry.
- The rings are non-stick and stainless. They allow an homogeneous baking. Ring material is crush-proof.
- Microperforated ring baking suitable up to 356°F (180°C).
- Silikomart products are characterized by extreme versatility. Suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too.
- Elasticity / flexibility enable flexion to save space for storage.
- All molds are washable in dishwasher.
