- Exclusive technique developed by MOF Pâtissier Guillaume Mabilleau finds its expression in this kit. Paradis kit includes:
- x6 rings and x1 silicone mold of 6 cavities (Ø 2.75'').
- Perfect to be glazed. To try on plated dessert or to create original decorations that will excite sight and taste.
- The rings are non-stick and stainless. They allow an homogeneous baking. Ring material is crush-proof.
- Microperforated ring baking suitable up to 356°F (180°C).
- Silikomart products are characterized by extreme versatility. Suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too.
- Elasticity / flexibility enable flexion to save space for storage.
- All molds are washable in dishwasher.
- Guaranteed for frequent use.
