The magic team composed by Fabrizio Donatone, Francesco
Boccia e Emmanuele Forcone, after months of hard work and training, won
the golden medal at the Pastry World Cup 2015 in Lyon. After the
competition the Italian Team decided to entrust Silikomart Professional
the creation of a kit to accurately reproduce the chocolate "entremet"
winner of the world’s cup.
- Magia Del Tempo mold kit is composed by 3 items:
- 33.8 oz. (1147 ml) vol. mold preparation to be portioned.
- A functional plastic cutter to make original inserts, sponge-cake or brittle bases.
- A plastic separator to make a double colors icing: one of a kind characteristic!
