Tortaflex Trinity mold kit
KITTRINITY
- The Trinity kit is made up of 3 elements: a silicone mold to create a 47.3 oz.(1400 ml) vol. dessert + two silicone inserts.
- Large Savarin: Ø 7.8" x 2.2" H of 47.3 oz. vol.
- Medium Savarin: Ø 7.2" x 1.5" H of 25.3 oz. vol.
- Small Savarin: Ø 6.5" x 0.9" H of 9.2 oz. vol.
- Silikomart Professional was selected by USA team to develop the kit with whom William Folz, Victor Dagatan and Rabii Saber competed in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2017.
- Silikomart mold is characterized by extreme versatility since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too . Elasticity and flexibility enable to flex the mold, in order to save space.
- All Silikomart molds are washable in dishwasher and are guaranteed for frequent use. Design, quality and handiness are skillfully combined in all Silikomart products.
